Thai Beef Barbecue
Ingredients
2 to 2 1/2 pounds top round cut into 1/4" strips
Marinade
1/2 cup Soy
1/4 cup Honey
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons Sesame Seed
1/4 cup thinly sliced Onion
10 crushed Coriander Seeds
Directions
Marinate two hours
Dipping Sauce
6 tablespoons Honey
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
6 tablespoons Soy
3 tablespoons Vinegar
3/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
Cook dipping sauce, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
Cool and cover Store and serve at room temperature.
Serves 4-6. [Goes well with rice, corn, and salad.]
