Thai Beef Barbecue


  Ingredients
  • 2 to 2 1/2 pounds top round cut into 1/4" strips
  Marinade
  • 1/2 cup Soy
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seed
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced Onion
  • 10 crushed Coriander Seeds
  Directions
  • Marinate two hours

Dipping Sauce

  • 6 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 6 tablespoons Soy
  • 3 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Directions

  1. Cook dipping sauce, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
  2. Cool and cover Store and serve at room temperature.

Serves 4-6. [Goes well with rice, corn, and salad.]
