A Letter from Dora

Dear Peg,

Your mother was so right - the beautiful package was too intriguing to keep intact. My curiosity got the best of me and I had to open it. And what a glow has been in my heart ever since. That has come about not only from the exquisite silver tray but from the one who gave it.

You looked so lovely when you came to see me on that Christmas Day and have progressed so much in many ways in the short time I have known you.

You have a wonderful mother and father who were sweet to bring you to deliver the package. We hope all of you will come back soon and have a long visit with us.

As you have wished so much for me, may I wish for you that all your dreams come true in 1955.

Affectionately yours,

Dora Barclay

Dec. 29, 1954.
