Croatian forward Alen Bollocksitch left us dreaming what he could do for us, as opposed to the pedestrian and whinging Hasselcunt... Bollocksitch nearly beat the offside trap a few times and with trial by TV he would have gone thru. We did defend much higher up the pitch than in the past, which was a positive sign. I really do believe that Claudio's main problem is that he can substitute neither Hasselbaink nor Dennis... at least Dennis tries, but he just hasn't got the legs or the nerve anymore, whereas Jimmy just had one of his moody days...

Eidur and of course Don Franco were faultless, but the real heroes were two of the young ones: Sam and JT. Dalla Bona bossed the midfield and Terry was faultless at the back and even appeared as centre forward in the second half a few times. Jesper had a day off... Socksy did a lot of good when he came on in midfield. Baba will and should remain no 1 at left back. Melchiot again proved that he has more than Ferrer, at least going forward, while Marcel did ok in the shadow of JT.

Terry should be be Skipper next year and the long awaited clearout should and must happen... Zola will go (but will be with us in our hearts forever). Dennis must also go, unless he agrees to be dropped. Le Saux must go as well unless we want to get rid of Harley. Jimmy has to accept that he had good and bad days - Eidur is the future.

Apart from that we had a good day. If we can win the derby match next week and beat the rest of the wankers.... on the other hand what's wrong with the Intertoto ? Less time without the Bridge..
