Ecotourism on the High Seas:
How It Effects the Caribbean

The world of ecotourism has been growing dramatically in the past ten years. Our research took an in-depth look at ecotourism in the cruise line industry and its impact. Such as:

• Sustainable development.
• Environmental conservation.
• Economical and cultural presence in an ecosystem.

This project will demonstrate how the cruise ship industry is proclaimed, by the seas trade industry, to benefit the Caribbean and surrounding nations. We will specifically focus on the environmental, financial, industrial and maritime law effects.
