12" SINGLES
In
Australia there were 12" versions of all singles except Listening,
Dancing Until Midnight, Try, Over Tomorrow and Eye Of The Storm. They
mostly followed the format of having the extended mix on Side 1 and the
7" mix with the B-side track on Side 2. The two exceptions were Stranger
In Me (EP, see below) and Fooled Again, which also had Runaways on it.
The covers were the same as the 7" versions (just bigger!). The US produced
some 12" dance versions of PE songs that just came out in a generic cover.

For promotional purposes RCA also released a Special AOR Rock Sampler
in the US in 1987 which had Listening and A Beat For You on Side A and
Living In A Dream (Special Rock Radio Version) on Side B.

PE fan Carol Brandly won these two singles in a Japanese auction - we think the first one was only ever promotional and never actually released (neither Brian nor Pierre is sure about this!).
