MARSHALL SHO WOODHAM

YOKOHAMA, Japan--I have always enjoyed writing about the fact that our Woodham family has become a "world-wide" family in modern times. Talk about being a scattered family--but we are now living throughout the United States as well as numerous countries in Europe, Asia, the America's, and Africa. Here's a good example:

Daniel Lamar ("Woody"; "Dan") Woodham Jr. and his wife Hisae are proud to annouce the birth of their second child, Marshall Sho Woodham, born 28 Nov., 1997 at 10:35 AM, at Kuramoto Hospital in Yokohama City, Japan. Marshall weighed in at 3,550 grams (as Woody said "how many pounds is that?) and is 55 centimeters long (and he added "How many inches is that?").

Dan is a native of Montgomery, Alabama and the son of Daniel Lamar ("Dan") Woodham Sr. and Sally Irvin Brislin. He is a grandson of the late James Lamar Woodham, a native of Dale County, Ala. and Essie Lamana (Lamana) Thrasher. He is a gggg grandson of Aris Woodham Jr. and Caron H. Riley; ggggg grandson of Aris Woodham Sr. and Rachel Beasley; 6th great grandson of Edward Woodham Jr. and Mary; 7th great grandson of Edward Woodham Sr. and Eleanor.
