The Conscience ?
The self righteous and pompous Senator Bryd is called
the "Conscience of the Senate". However, he wanted the impeachment trial
dismissed even before it started. He went on television and bored us with
his long winded statements where no one could even tell where he stood.
Then, we found out. Yes, Clinton was guilty, but he should not be
removed. Therefore, not guilty.
In the future, Mr. Bryd, please just shut up. We do not want to hear anymore
from you about country, ethics, or anything else concerning what is right
and good. Go away to your little room and ponder what you and your
ilk have done to this country. We did not expect much from
the other Democrats. However, you seemed to stand out. You
seemed to have ethics. You seemed to be concerned with the future
of this country. But, you disgraced yourself and, now, you will be
remembered for the damage you did to our justice system and our Constitution.
Please, go away, and soon.
