Luke died in 1856 leaving Mary a widow with 10 children. Mary alone with the children traveled from Georgia to Florida before 1858. Stories have been told that Mary joined her sister near Bassinger, Fl. but as yet, I have not found documentation.
Benjamin, Albert Rowan and Augustus all paid their pole taxes together in Polk Co in 1877. If Augustus fits into this family please let me know! **If anyone has information about who the missing child is or who Mary's sister is..please email me...thanks!!
