Answer these questions for yourself:
Do your eyes feel like you've been staring at a solar eclipse all day?
Do you keep asking the computer "Hi, how are you doing?" and expect an
answer back?
When you look away from the screen do you see pages scrolling through
your field of vision?
If the answer is yes, yes, yes then you have the dreaded
Net Fever.
What should you do?
The only cure is to get a life!
Walk slowly away from the computer, and make no sudden movements. Try to
convice yourself that there actually are other people out there in the
world.
Talk to people in your daily life. Strike
up a stunning conversation with the computer lab attendant about Macintosh
versus IBM computers.
Ask the mailman if he likes your thick black framed
glasses. Ask a random person off the street if he would like to play your
favorite video game: Atari's "Pacman".
Don't even think about the opposite
sex, your past the point of no return. Go to a Star Trek convention and
hang out with your kind.
Basically your life is screwed. Have a nice day.
