O Chibi-chan!

I watched the daimon with a sly smile etched on my face. I was teasing, yet serious, knowing I could handle the miserable creature standing before her mistress Mimete.

"Kore daimon!" I heard a familiar voice that tried to threaten the daimon before me. "...Mirai no tsukini kawatte oshiokiyo!"

The little pink princess of the future. So adorable, yet so annoying in the extreme.

"Baka!" I yelled.

"Baka!?" The child in a pink sailor fuku whispered in disbelief. The child was trying to interfere again. That child, you, O Chibi-chan. Your puny powers could do nothing against such daimon. It attacked you.

I remember jumping to remove you out of the daimon's way. This was not the first time I had to save your neck. This wasn't the first time you were acting without thought, either. You are the child who is always eager to please. Always wanting to prove herself as a warrior and as a young princess, a young heiress to the future kingdom of Crystal Tokyo.

Your time has yet to come. You have the understandable fear of a child, yet the responsible courage of a warrior princess. You know what you are and yet you know your limitations.

I remember not long ago, when you tried to defeat a tea-sipping daimon all by yourself. Your attack could not even reach the daimon. It all but played with you. Yet you persisted, looking ridiculous and shame-faced as you drew nearer the daimon for a more effective attack.

I remember Neptune and I were highly amused at your display of courage. O Chibi-chan. Kawaii was the word that was created to describe you, but the determination you manifested was something more than kawaii could describe.

You are the Little Warrior Princess, the little SailorMoon, the new Princess Serenity. Your steps are made for greater things than the Mother you have idolized your entire life... O Chibi-chan...
