The MM2K "Add 40LBS To Your Bench" Program
And Now Also....
The MM2K "How to Increase Your Bench Press by 50 Pounds" Program
The on-line versions of Shawn Phillips' excellent bench programs
These are scanned versions of Shawn Phillips' "Add 40 lbs. To Your Bench", and the new "How to Increase Your Bench Press by 50 Pounds" Programs. These programs originally appeared as free brochures, supplementing issues of Muscle Media 2000. I and hundreds of other net denizens have had success with this program. Why not take a look! The program has been separated into text and graphics. The text is in plain ascii. The graphics are scans of tables, converted to Adobe Acrobat files. The tables were originally gifs, however these gif files choked some servers and browsers. Adobe Acrobat turned up to be the format of choice due to its portability across most platforms as well as its ability to compress with out loss of information.
These programs are: Copyright @ 1995,1997, Muscle Media 2000, P.O. Box 277, Golden, CO 80402

This tool allows the documents of this page to be viewed and printed in the most efficient manner across most platforms. This tool has won many awards and is becoming the viewer of choice among many web publishers- the only downside is that the reader starts at 1 and 1/2 meg. Then again this probably won't be the last time you use this tool as its popularity is growing.
