Kalifa Kabul (Clarence G. White, 1956). Blend of chartreuse, Indian buff, and absinthe yellow splashed greyed purple. Parentage unknown, but counted as having 44 chromosomes. Relatively minor contribution to the modern gene pool, with only two registered, fertile offspring and one other registered, fertile descendant. SMOOTH AS SILK (Mark Rogers, 1979). S purplish maroon, lightly veined; F deep rose-maroon with dark V-shaped signal at end of brown-tipped beard and lighter area on each side of beard. ((Kalifa Kabul x Jallah Effendi) x Saracen Prince) X Habibi.

TEMPLE VEIL (William Hawkinson, 1972). S grey-brass, overlaid smoky violet, slightly deeper veining; F grey-brass, overlaid slightly darker smoky violet, slightly deeper veining; brassy bronze beard. Kalifa Kabul X Grand Vizier.
