Comments: I started watching the Beast Wars television show around the same time I got into the figures. I had seen Rhinox in stores but never realized how important he was in the series. He's pretty much in every episode and plays a pretty big role in the maximal's survival!! The figure is excellent: great beast and robot form, awesome weapons, and nice transformational steps!! If they would have used his robot head (like in the series) and not this alien head on the toy it would have been perfection!!!

Rhinox is mainly a light brown throughout his entire body. Since he's a rhino....he's pretty huge!! He has red eyes and a golden horn. Nice touch! He's pretty convincing in rhino mode and looks great!!!

To transform Rhinox you first must remove his several weapon pieces. However.....it's very difficult to remember where they go when you change him back!! When you split his outer body apart that's where they are stuck. There are four of them that must be removed!! Then you must go through a pretty good amount of steps to get him to robot form. I am impressed with the steps.

I am also impressed with Rhinox's robot form. He looks very nice!!! I do wish they would have used his robot head though! Oh well......anyway....he has a sword for the one hand. And the other hand can hold his rotating weapon. It is a gun combined from the three other pieces you removed before transforming. The rotating weapon effect is slick!! In the show Rhinox has those awesome HUGE guns that spin.....sort of the same effect here even though there is only one!! COOL!!

Rhinox is great buy!! His beast form is cool, his robot mode is slick, and his weapons are awesome!! You'll definitely get your money's worth if you pick him up today!!!

The ground shakes with a terrible thunder as jungle trees snap like twigs. The noise draws closer in a cloud of dust and dirt. A herd of stampeding elephants? No, it is RHINOX, defending his territory from Predacon attackers! Courageous and cunning, has never backed down from battle, nor been injured in any way. Not even double-barreled laser cannons can cut through his triple-thick, steel-plated skin! If he comes your way, run for cover.....fast!!
