Identification: Metal Cheetah

Comments: Cheetor is a very nice figure. Unfortunately.....he suffers from the syndrome of his other counterpart....he's a bit basic. All three modes are slick though and make up for the minor problems.

Cheetor is a metal-cheetah. The metal/chrome pieces on him are gold and look great!! He has gray on his head/legs, blue on his tail/feet, and red eyes (wonder if he'll vary at all this time). He (like all Transmetals) has a "third mode" to his transformation. You flip around the tail and pull up the side panels to reveal rockets. This is his "flying" mode. Pretty slick. His rear legs are very flexible and pose nicely. The cheetah form is quite slick!!

On the back of the card, it states (via the "Challenge Level of Robot Conversion") that his transformation is intermediate. He does have some pretty nice steps. But.....compared to the other two in the first assortment (Rhinox and Tarantulas)....he's a bit basic. Remove the tail, flip down the legs, pull around the chest, and pop up the head. Robot form is nice. The chrome disappears some but the rest looks slick! His tail can be placed in his hand as a weapon. Not bad robot mode.

Cheetor's packaging is slick. The transmetal "gray" look is very nice! The bubbles even are "mechanical" looking with neat bump effects.

Transmetal Cheetor is very nice. While a bit basic, he still makes an excellent Transmetal (I love all TMs). You can't go wrong......"you mean fly?"..."No, I mean take a submarine"
