Comments: Cyclonus was the futuristic jet released during the "movie" figures. He had a slick design and was always excellent. The transformational steps weren't anything spectacular. However, it was nice to see a Decepticon jet that transformed a little different. I will admit that I like the way his front end sticks out very far. It has a neat look from the side.

This particular piece was released a little before the movie was released. Ones during this time came with a "Glow in the dark" mini-poster. You had to collect all four posters and they formed a giant action sequence. Plus, there was also a movie sweepstakes offer on the poster. You had to fill in the blanks and send it in and you could win a prize.

Anyway, Cyclonus looks great!! He has a nice design in both of his transformational modes!!

Cyclonus is a huge and emotionless air warrior. He has vast resources of power and can draw strength in direct proportion to his need. Cyclonus is equipped with nuclear-powered turbine engines which enable him to reach speeds greater than Mach 2. In robot mode, he carries an oxidating laser that fuses an enemy robot's internal mechanisms. Cyclonus has no weaknesses and no interests other than conquest.
