Comments: One of the mini-cars released in the second year of figures. To me he was never that impressive but you had to have him since (as a kid) you needed to "collect them all".

He has a descent paint job. Blue surounds his legs (or front of Hovercraft) as well as his arms. Yellow is the color of his head and propeller stands. And the white makes up his chest plate. He does have a unique color scheme.

The transformation to hovercraft is quite simple. You will not need the instructions on the back of the card!! His hovercraft mode does look pretty good.

Displays a zest for his job unmatched by fellow Autobots. Loves the ocean and its creatures...unhappy when he returns to land an dreverts to robot form. Loves the thrill of naval battle. Can go 120 knots, 2000-mile range. Has sonar radar and underwater and surface-to-air lasers, also used in robot mode. Wheels allow limited land travel. Not too strong or mobile as robot.
