Comments: Windcharger is a slick red (my favorite color) car. While he suffers from the basic design and transformation of his other mini-brothers, he also is unique. My copy of the figure is an original 1984 release. This is evident through the fact that Windcharger is carded in "vehicular" form. I had a release once (it popped off of the card when I bought it so I returned it) that was carded in "robot" form. The second releases (in 1985) of the original figures were re-carded in robot form with a picture next to the figure of what it looks like in changed mode (to coincide with others from the second year). Therfore.....you know you have an original via how it's carded.

The design of his car mode is slick (especially with the large rear tires). Robot form isn't anything spectacular but I'm not picky.....I just LOVE collecting. Windcharger is a wonderful piece :)

Windcharger is the fastest Autobot over short distances. Good in situations requiring fast, decisive action. Enthusiastic but impatient. Short attention span. Casts powerful magnetic field which can attract or repel large metal objects. Smashes them at closer distances. These abilities use up tremendous energy. Often burns himself out due to carelessness.
