What is the purpose of these groups? Still working on this question But, generally to help group members and its leader to develop spiritually in an integrated and holistic way ~ i.e. in body, mind, psyche and spirit. You can check out the brochure
What qualifies Roger to lead these groups?
Still working on this question But, Roger was guided to establish the Spiritwalk Foundation and begin to teach others about spirit by a series of very interesting (to him) spiritual events. Roger has been a student of spiritual psychology, religion and spiritual practice for over 30 years. He has endeavored to integrate this into his work and his personal life.
What happens at one of these groups? Still working on this question But, we meditate, read, study and discuss books, share spiritual stories and experiences, etc see Spiritwalkers statements below.
What do members say about their Spiritwalk experience?
"Spiritwalk is a place to explore my spiritual beliefs. We talk about anything and everything spiritual. Without judgment. I can share my ideas and beliefs, and learn from others. I feel encouragement from others in the group. I am exposed to great ideas and great books to read. Spiritwalk is a source for me to find out what in going on out there in the spiritual world. We have attended wonderful events. Whatever my expectation were when I started this group are null and void, yet I have I grown in ways I thought not necessary. My idea of what spirituality is has changed. I have a better understanding of my own spiritual values and I am excited about my spiritual focus. It leaves me in a world of wonderment to think whatever my current expectations are; how they will change, what Spiritwalk will bring to me next. Spiritwalk helps me to stay mindful even at times when I think it's not possible. I now am aware of god's presence at all times. And for this I thank Spiritwalk."

"In the last few years, my feelings of
dissatisfaction with the typical life of an Angelino had become unbearable. Always knowing
that there must be more to life than Seinfeld and second marriages, I began looking for a
release, a vision of myself, free from freeways, cut off from car phones and transported
from television to a piece of peace of mind that I could energize and build upon. Then
came Spiritwalk. *** *** ***

Probably one of the biggest shames humankind has perpetrated upon our continent is the near extinction of the American Bison from the plains at the center of our nation. Now, just as they begin to come back, a new threat, again over money and personal gain, endangers this wonderous, amazing, majestic species. The herd in Yellowstone National Park decreased by 60% in the winter 1996-97, killed by cattle ranchers who regarded them as presenting a danger to their herds due to disease. The Bison's only offense was not to recognize the fences that separated them from the cattle ranches. We encourage to support the National Parks and Conservation Association and the Nature Conservancy in their efforts to Save the Bison. You can get information about this by following these links. The Spiritwalk Foundation is participating in the Nature Conservancy's Adopt-a-Bison program. We invite you to join in the effort. The guy on the left, Thunderfoot, is ours.
