Hi,

- 07/28 tarball built: had no toolbars, but ran on both NT 4.0 SP3 and Win95 OSR2
- 07/30 CVS online update had toolbars (with "medium rare" View options),
  BUT won't run on Win95: it just "flushed", "vanished" in thin air.
- 07/31 late in the night CVS online update: still won't run in Win 95

It seems the CVS updates after 07/28 used a win32 API not supported in Win95.

NB: "medium rare" means "not well-done"...:)
