Faith Lutheran Church/ St. James Lutheran Church
Our annual V.B.S. program will be hosted by Faith Lutheran Church this summer during the
week of August 9-13 for three year olds through 8th grade. The theme for this
summer's curriculum is Jungle Journey, Exploring God's Promises. Registration forms
will become available in the June Newsletter as well as at the end of the year Sunday
School celebration, June 6th. If you are interested in helping to staff this
summer's program, please contact Paula McGuire.
VBS Craft Supplies Are Needed.
See what you might have or be willing to donate from the list below:
Plain plastic sunglasses (child & adult sizes)
Fun Foam (all colors)
Large (1 gal) Pickle/Peanut Jars (plastic if possible)
Small indoor plants (starter type)
Potting soil
Colored aquarium gravel/sand
Rocks (fist size)
Small ceramic or plastic South American jungle critters
(ants, frogs, parrots, panthers, etc.)
Material (earth colors)
Bean Bag stuffing
Please place any items in the large box in the narthex labeled "VBS Crafts".
If you would like to sponsor the purchase of these items but are unable to get them
yourself, please leave a check at the church office designating your donation.
