Step 5- Now I add another layer of colors. Notice that I painted the monster yellow in Step 4, and now he's green. When green is painted on top of yellow the green becomes very bright. I plan all my layers so that I get bright, rich colors. At this stage, I often darken some of the shadows too, like the one on the floor and the one inside his mouth.
