OK...so you thought maybe you would come over, and see how I feel about Ex-wifes.

Well, here is a small page, dedicated to mine. Strange you say? Why?

To be honest, she is my friend, and I feel she deserves a space here to commend her on being a wonderful mother to our 3 children.

For 20 years we were together, mostly chasing after our own individual desires...work, family, children, school functions, and so on. By the end, we realized that it takes much more to make a marriage than being friends, and meeting individual needs. So, split we did.

Since that time, almost 4 years ago, she has been the "single" parent, encountering all the hardships of normal parenting, with the added burden of doing it alone. Now, I do help, but living in a different state, I can only help on the phone, and those times I can make the trip to see the kids. She has, and continues to do an amazing job, balancing the duties of Mom, Dad, and bread-winner. No easy task for a couple, let alone a single parent.

I am sure she is the just like the duck on the pond....calm above the water, but paddling like hell underneath.

Not a moment of the day goes by that I am not thinking about my kids, wondering what I am missing, what they are doing...at the same time, knowing because she is there, watching over, providing for, and protecting them, that they are safe.

And so for her, I post this page, and below, this Guardian Angel to watch over and take care of her, as she takes care of our children.
