James: Red wine symbolizes the bitterness that life offers, from which we can neither deny nor escape. White wine symbolizes life’s sweetness and bounty, which must be savored and cherished. Together, they create a balance of taste and experience, yin and yang, as life gives us both the sweet and the bitter. May we be able to take the good with the bad that is typical for this life.
