| 24 | briquettes (9 bottom/15 top) |
| cook for 60 minutes | |
| 3 lbs | hamburger |
| 1-1/2 cups | cracker crumbs or oatmeal |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 can | (8 oz) tomato sauce |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | green pepper (optional) |
| 1-1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | marjoram |
| knife, cutting board, can opener, mixing bowl and foil also needed. | |
Chop onion and green pepper. Then mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Line inside of oven with foil, and place oven on top of 9 hot briquettes.
Place ingredients in oven, cover with lid, place 15 hot briquettes on lid, and cook for 60 minutes.
