A VelardiNet Halloween Story is chock full of graphics and sounds.  To get the full effect, wait until each page is loaded before moving to the next one.  (Note: your browser must be able to run Java scripts to hear the sound bites and music.)

If you are reading the story to young children and don't have a fast Internet connection (56K or better), we recommend that you load all the pages beforehand, so the kids won't have to wait for the animations, sounds and music to come up.
