An even uglier witch was in the bread box, looking for food. 

"As long as we're in the kitchen, we might as well have a snack", suggested Nick the Pirate.  But Liam the Ghost had other ideas.  "We'd better go before she decides to have US for a snack!",  he warned.

So they fled the kitchen and ran through the dark halls of the haunted house.
