GOOD DREAMS

My dream is the perfect beer, I have spent months traveling the country in pursuit of this dream. I searched hundreds of bars, breweries, liquor stores, and even began making my own beer. I have been astonished at the number of great beers I have come across (and made). Yet, I envision even loftier beers. I can imagine its color, the aroma, the way it looks as it pours into the glass, and finally the taste. My pursuit continues to this day. I feel that I am making progress, getting closer and closer to beer perfection. My one hope is that I never achieve the dream...I enjoy the hunt too much to ever let it end.
