"Obese or not Obese, that is the problem"    ...... or

"Nightmare on Elbow Street"

Day 2

But I didn´t. It seems that my pattern now is to sleep around 6 hours, regardless of what time I go to bed and make up the rest with my siestas.

At the show I only began to run out of steam during the encore so I have almost got the pace of things right now.

This morning I took a walk to the hotel I normally stay at in Oslo, The Grand. The people there are great and very helpful and I love to spend time in the terrace café, sipping coffee and watching the world go by.

Did some window shopping, took my siesta and then it was time to walk to the venue, Smuget, just 10 minutes away.

We had to be roadies tonight and this is one of the things I love about my Vikings. They don´t complain they just jump in and do whatever needs to be done.

Eric still had traces of the cold he picked up in Prague so we kept sound check shortish but the sound in this club is good and Fredrik the technician was extremely competent, willing and helpful.

The audience was small but loud and we connected with them almost from the get-go and I have to say this was a fun gig.

We got most of the details right and when you´re properly prepared, you can focus on having fun and this finds its way into the audience so they have fun too.

It was a late night but a happy one.
