"Sunrise Over The Kremlin"
Day 4
I am not sure
if I slept or not but I eventually made it to the plane and there I did sleep!
It's a 5-hour
flight to Madrid so I was able to get a lot of work done too but we were a
little late arriving in Madrid so I had to rush to make my connection to
Alicante.
I made it, but
my guitars didn't! They were checked as "special baggage" and I guess there
wasn't time to get them to the other terminal where the domestic flights leave
from.
It's not to
easy to handle these things at the best of time but when you're "running on
empty" it's even harder but the Iberia girl was nice and very professional about
it all.
My guitars
will be back tomorrow morning and, hopefully, so will the rest of my brain!
Just a small
blemish on an otherwise wonderful adventure. Now I am going to go float in the
pool for a while.
