DAY 8 Woke up this morning (there's an idea for a song!) and we were in Vienna, parked outside Planet Music and watching it pour with rain. With the postponement of the Budapest show we now have a few days to spend here but the first priority was to find somewhere to watch England play Argentina!!! The club opened up at 10am and we had coffee etc… and settled down to watch the game which, of course, England won!!! I don't think any of us has any fingernails left but it's great to think that England has a chance now to advance in the tournament! Then it was time to find some rooms for our stay and we ended up in a place right across the street from the gig. It will be nice to be off of the bus for a few days and I have to meet the people who are going to record the show here so there will be time to relax, maybe enjoy the beautiful sights of Vienna and get some urgent work done. No shows for the next three nights but I'll keep
you informed if anything exciting happens!! |
