FRENCH PORK PIES


  
            4 # Ground Lean Pork
            1/2 # Ground Beef
            Large Onions, Ground
            4 Teaspoon Salt
            1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
            1 Teaspoon Cloves
            Pie Curst

        Put all ingredients (except pie curst) into a large kettle and
        partially cook.  Make into  pies with top and bottom crust.
        Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.

                   Makes two large pies.
