An old brochure found in the debris in the downstairs office remembers better days for Biloxi's Tivoli Hotel. It is likely from before 1986, reasoned by evidence found indicating the most recent date for guests having stayed in this hotel. Below is an ad for the resort, as it was known at the time, appearing in a 1980's City Directory found in the building.
