Then you want to add this table to your page.... click on this page's source and copy the html... A few places will require your name in place of the existing code (YOUR_NAME_HERE) and a couple for your email (SITE_OWNER_EMAIL). Several places will require the replacement of your site id# (_SITE_ID_HERE_)which will be assigned after you apply.

Don't forget to right click on your mouse and "save as" on the pictures...and change the file names in the code accordingly... There will be two sections that state "THIS NEXT CODE..." to show you where you will need to edit the codes for the image files you should have uploaded for the convience of your viewer...
