This is my Gangrel combat deck. It's idea is to destroy all my prey's vampires, so he must influence new vampires and he loses pool this way. Wynn can enter combat with any vampire and other older vampires (Badger or Zack) uses Haven Uncontroled or Bum's Rush. I'm gaining pool through Blood Doll + Rack and Hunting Ground. Rack is good because it gives vampire 2 blood - one for him and one for me (Blood Doll). I also use Ecoterrorists for gaining pool. When my predator controls strong bleeders I must destroy them first. Vampires with insufficient stealth are not threat - I have couple of permanent intercepts in my deck and of course also some Cat's Guidences for surprise.
Here is Wynn, the best fighter for my deck. He has all disciplines I need and he can enter combat with other vampires.
I want to destroy enemy's minions. And they want to run away. So, I need cards to keep them fight. Excellent combination is Trap, Drawing Out the Beast and Immortal Grapple. Trap provides presses to continue combat and oponent cannot press to end it, because Drawing Out the Beast was played. And combat is at close range (also Drawing). And the best thing is that opponent can only strike with his/her hands, so he/she can't escape through combat ends cards. Similar advantages provides Dog Pack. It is permanent, but unique.
To increase my vampire power I usually play Carrion Crows before range is chosen. Opponent must prevent a damage dealt by crows first, so my vampire damage may stay unprevented. And if I played Trap it's good to give my vampire Flesh of Marble - even long combat will not harm him very much.
Of course, all my vampires have Protean. I like to aggravate their hand damage using Wolf Claws, Claws of the Death or Bone Spur. The last one is good against vampires that prevent a lot. When this happens, I try to press (Trap) and my hand is always aggravated. Sooner or later prevent cards will gone and ...
Sometimes my opponents want to dodge (and probably hope for additional strikes). This is good if it's not my turn. They play dodge and I play superior Scorpion Sting - my vampire gets +1 hand damge and opposing vampire does nothing.
