2x Rolling with the Punches, 4x Unflintching Persistance, 4x Skin of Rock, 3x Indomitability, Skin of Steel, 3x Burst of Sunlight, 2x Theft of Vitae
This is a deck for bleeding and falling to torpor. Yes, my vampire voluntarily goes to torpor. Of course, he is Famous, so my prey loses pool. I have couple of bleed bounce cards in this deck, so I'm safe from my predator's heavy bleeds. I can also reduce smaller bleeds with Telepathic Counter. When a combat occurs I try to prevent damage. I don't like politics with this deck - I must intercept and block it. Better situation is only if both Cardano and Ulugh Beg are on my side. This deck is now illegal to play under DCI rules, because of changing the sense of Fame ...
This is Cardano, my Famous one. His disciplines perfectly fits to my deck. His title is a good defense against political opponents. I put Fame on him and he's excellent.
I'm always trying to send my Famous vampire to torpor during my turn. Best start is Rutor's Hand. My hero sacrifices his hand, falls to torpor and my prey burns 3 pool. Next turn my vampire has one more untap, so he can perform more actions. Another good card is Day Operation. My action is unblockable and Fame goes to torpor. Next card is Force of Will. It's usable when my vampire is tapped. I bleed for 3 and Fame cause my prey to burn other 3 pool. When I'm blocking it is excellent to strike with Burst of Sunlight. Opponent announces his strike first and then I play it. He is sent to torpor with my Famous minion and he has other problems then bleeding me.
It's important for my Famous vampire to fall to torpor. But I need him back as soon as possible. I'm using Catacombs and Humanitas for this purpose. Vampire with both cards has 3 stealth when rescuing another vampire from torpor and he/she burns nothing when succesfull. So my Famous one falls to torpor and then is pulled out for free.
