The new Crimson Cowl is the one who assembled the newest masters of evil, and their conflict with the Thunderbolts came to a climax in #25. It was revealed that Dallas Riordan once the Thunderbolts city liaison to the mayor's office until the ordeal with the Thunderbolts caused her to lose her job. This was all thrown into doubt and another mystery appeared as Citizen V was revealed as Dallas Riordan and she was whisked away by the Crimson Cowl's cowl the issue after it was revealed Dallas was Citizen V in Thunderbolts #38. The abilities of the Crimson Cowl are an adhesive cape that can attack her enemies. She also has an antigravity unit that allows her to float over everyone and some kind of teleporation system.


Klaw

First Appearance: Fantastic Four#53

Physicist Ulysses Klaw developed a sound transducer that converted sound waves into physical mass. Klaw needed the rare metal vibranium to power it. He led a mercenary team to jungle nation of Wakanda to get the rare metal. Klaw killed the Wakandan ruler T'Chaka while in the land and T'Chaka had Klaw's own sound blaster blew off his own right hand. Later Klaw returned to the land wearing a new sonic blaster prosthetic where his hand used to be. This time he was defeated by T'Challa son of T'Chaka and the Fantastic Four. In a desperate attempt Klaw jumped into his activated sound converter and became powerful and a being of sound.

Failing as a football player, the Flying Tiger turned to crime using an armored costume. The Costume granted him enhanced strength, increased durability, and the power of flight. Being a high-priced freelance assassin, the Flying Tiger has fought super-heroes such as Spider-Woman and Iron Man.

Mankiller

Real Name: Katrina Luisa Van Horn
First Appearance: Marvel Team-Up#8

An Olympic skier with potential championship stature before a deadly accident left her scarred and crippled. She was crippled mentally as well as physically. So she was selected as a subject for the scientists of Advanced Idea Mechanics (AIM), They gave Katrina an armored exo-skeleton that turned into Man-killer.


Cyclone

First Appearance: Thunderbolts#3 (First cyclone: Amazing Spider-Man#143)

This Cyclone was just a small time thief in France, until when the technology from the first cyclone's suit was recreated by a crime family. The suit generates a tornado around about half of his body from the mid-section down.
