News in Brief:Prince Jaleel Offtop Kidnapped - While visiting Gotham the twelve-year old middle eastern Prince was apparently kidnapped by the Joker last night. Authorities say that they are working in association with Batman to capture all who escaped.
Bus Load of Children Stolen - The Joker continues his crime spree by kidnapping a bus load of innocent children. He has also been the culprit of many robberies and the missing Prince.
Riot - Escaped criminal Bane and about 30 goons rioted in town last night but most, including Bane, escaped arrest. Information obtained from the captured criminals is not released as of yet.
Crime Rate Rises - Along with the major crimespree there seems to be an increase in minor crimes such as vandalism and animal abuse.

*Preparations for the Halloween parade are being made and donations are being accepted.

*Gotham Twins second-baseman J. Rojek is holding a public speech outside the First National of Gotham Bank, pleading for the Scarecrow and other escaped criminals to give themselves up.
*Super Hero Nightwing has been spotted in town in an effort to help ally Batman with the current crimespree.
*Halloween is arriving in a few days and the annual Halloween Parade is still running even with the threat of major criminals.
*Trick or Treating will be finished at 7:00 because of the crimespree and parents are advised to supervise at all times.
Harvey, pleased at the demise of Thorne, will consolidate his holdings, making sure he has tight control of the organization. He will then begin planning for his next target: a former friend - James Gordon. he'll look for an opportunity to kidnap Gordon at a "two"-appropriate moment. He will also be careful to find out if Gordon has any costumed protection.
Harvey will also contact Scarecrow to find out how he is progressing. Lastly, he will call Grace. Without revealing specifics, he will tell her to get out of Gotham in a hurry. (Harvey doesn't want her caught in town when the fear toxin gets dumped in the water supply.) Besides, Gotham is not the safest place to be right now. If necessary, Harvey will send men to make sure she gets out safely.
Two-Face learns that Gordon has the responsibility of maintaining security for Senator Autumn Long at the Gotham Twin Towers in a few days.
Your goons also remove Grace out of the city. To Safety.
Scarecrow on the other hand refuses to talk with you at all.
Halloween is arriving in a few days and the annual Halloween Parade is still running even with the threat of major criminals.
Harvey will send some of his boys around to scope out the Scarecrow hideout where he and Thorne were taken. He will check the news and the grapevine for talk of Scarecrow or Poison Ivy.
Two-Face will also prepare for Halloween, knowing that many villains will strike that night. He will arrange for surveillance of the local water supplies in case Scarecrow enacts his plan without contacting Harvey.
Two-Face will then ready plans to kidnap Jim Gordon. He will try to infiltrate the police force. This should not be too difficult, since Harvey has knowledge of the force from his time as D.A., and he now controls Thorne's organization, which must have cops on its payroll. Two-Face will make sure there are "soft spots" in the security that he can take advantage of. He will have a helicopter ready in case Gordon is to be stationed at the top of the Twin Towers.
Harvey will wait until another villain strikes at the Senator and makes a distraction. If this doesn't happen, he will arrange a distraction himself at 2am that will draw some of the security force. He will then nab Gordon and take him to the Janus, a ship of foreign registry docked at Pier 22. There Two-Face will interrogate Gordon about the Bat's identity, and police investigations into the Arkham breakout, Scarecrow, Himself, and other areas. Two-Face will be patient, as this could take some time. Gordon could be a font of useful information.
Two-Face knows Gordon's will is strong, so he will use sodium pentathol, some of Scarecrow's fear gas (if he can get it), or some other drug to help loosen Gordon's tongue. After the interrogation, Harvey will imprison Gordon in a hold, under guard, and let the ship sail, taking the Commissioner far from Gotham City.
Using your previous knowledge and new found resources you are able to infiltrate Gotham Towers and easily kidnap the commissioner.
At the Wharf: Gordon is drugged up and ready to talk.
"So Commissioner, It seems that we have switched sides of the coin. You ARE helpless. You are being interrogated. Now you will answer my questions."
Gordon: "You can't br..ake me."
"You’re already broken! Where can I find the Batman??"
"To.. Tonight at the Parade."
"Excellent. Are you going to be there? Are you the Batman?"
Gordon: "No."
"Is he at the Batcave now?? You know where he is. Where is HE!!!"
"Behind you."
The pain of shock and of Batman's first to the back of your head hit you at the same time. It reels you to the ground. You look around you and see that your goons have either left you or are licking the ground.
Batman "You're done, Harvey. Someone tipped the police off to your whereabouts and your hideout has been bugged. We knew all along about your plan to kidnap the Commissioner."
The cops surround you and handcuff you.
"You will be taken to the local holding center. You chances of getting out are nil. Through our bugs we know that you have worked with the Scarecrow. Hopefully you will be able to tell the police his HQ. "
Batman takes off and you are loaded into the back of the police van.
"If you want him, you'd better treat me right," says Harvey. Before they shut the door to the van, Two-Face will wince in feigned pain. "Man, the Bat gave me such a headache."
Once in the Van, Harvey will ready any hidden weapons the police might have missed. Then he will bite or cut his hand -- the sinister one -- and smear the blood on his face. When the police open the back of the van to get him, he will grab his bloody face, scream, and begin to double over in agony. At the moment they are distracted, he will attack and try to make his escape, grabbing a gun from a guard or anything else that will help him.
If he escapes, he will head for the Scarecrow's hideout, since from what the police said they haven't located that yet.
