God is universal. Religions are equal but separate pathways we choose to travel to learn of ourselves, and to seek God. Earth is our home. It provides us Nature's bounty, and we in return should nurture it. And there is but one Tribe of people here on Earth. They are called the Human Race.

Religious Prejudice

This Editorial Was Posted On 12/04/96

Religious prejudice is the singular most sinful act that people who profess to be filled with the Spirit of God can commit. Jesus did not teach this! He attempted to introduce the universality of God to the world. What he tried to do has been turned into a self-indulgent, self-serving, secular way of controlling the minds and money of millions of people searching for a pathway to God. This is truly a greater tragedy than Jesus's death because his work at this point in Human history has been in vain.

We have advanced technologically beyond anyones imagination since the time of Jesus, but we have failed to take even the first step on the journey to spiritual advancement. Our religious leaders profess to be filled with the Spirit of God, and in the same breath they are teaching their followers to condemn and look upon with disdain and prejudice those who do not believe as they do. Jesus did not teach this!

Humanity places itself in great peril if it fails to recognize this simple truth. No religion or people has an exclusivity to God. This is what Jesus taught! The Three Wise Men journied to Bethlehem because they recognized the salvation which could be brought to the world through Jesus's teachings. Humanity has failed to do so.

The Three Wise Men will be watchful for a sign that the journey will begin anew.
