Welcome to District 3 Toastmasters 1999 Fall Conference in the Radisson Woodland Hotel surrounded by the tall pines and the soon to be snowy mountain slopes of Flagstaff, Arizona.
District Governor, Kelli McDoulett, DTM, is enthusiastic in her welcome of the conference's "onsite" and "online" attendees. Read her opening program message here.
This online presentation offers you an opportunity to get a good idea of the conference's agenda, its activities, the keynote address, six educational sessions, a Hall of Fame Awards Luncheon (which recognizes club and member accomplishments), and the participants in the Tall Tales and Humorous Speech Contests.
We hope you enjoy your visit and welcome any comments you wish to make regarding the conference and its online webcast presentation.
The Conference begins here.
