Test of Strength

        "Undoubtedly this time will be a test of strength - of inner strength. Changes in the outer world will necessitate changes in the inner world of each individual. Some of these changes will be drastic, some traumatic, some subtle.

        It is important that balance and strength be combined. Within must be a haven for survival protection. Circle yourself with love. If it is not in evident or expressive form, then buffer one's self with feelings of comfort. Draw on the strength of the mind, and the strength of the spirit. Create a teamwork concept between the two."
