If you travel to different countries there are so
many experiences that
vary that we sometimes seem lost. The food, the
culture, the behavior,
even the way we appear physically to others is
strange or may not seem
so strange, but appears to be different in a way
we cannot define. The
environment, of course, is either what we are
used to or so totally
different that it takes a new way of living or
perhaps a different way
of dressing in order for the body to adjust. The
language may be
understandable or too difficult to contemplate.
At that point of lack
of language, we fall into patterns of behavior
which we can understand -
the look from the eyes, the smile of the mouth,
the body language. Even
then, we must realize that we can find that what
is acceptable in one
country is not acceptable in another.
Dimensions are like countries. Dimensions are
places that are different
where the language is unknown and those
inhabitants may appear unlike
any you have seen. What this does is cause a
separation. What we
cannot understand we tend to reject. Dimensions
are habitats of levels
of beings. These beings may or may not follow
the human form. They may
or may not be of the range of intelligence that
is on earth. This
intelligence can be of a different form because
it has developed and
deals with things that require a variety of
intelligences not needed on
earth. Dimensions are not easily traveled to as
it takes skill and
patience and time and understanding to do so. It
is not as if we can
say take a right turn and you'll find us there.
Sometimes these
dimensions are of light that is not visible as
they are in a higher
range than can be perceived. Thus, the area or
space or dimension is
missed.
Dimensions exist, but it is not necessary that
they become known by name
or reached with the mind. What is wise is to be
aware that as in all
things there is the known and the unknown. The
unknown is not for all
for like students in school, one must progress
through the grades of
experience and understanding to reach out to that
which is not visible.
Why be aware of dimensions at all? Why not? Is
it a fearsome thing to
think of "other"? Is it that we expect areas to
be as countries with
standards that we can measure? Our standards are
few. We accept each
other. That is the main standard. We love one
another. That is
another standard. Beyond that, it is not
necessary to go at this time.
Whether you accept that there are other
existences or not, be aware of
the dimensions of standards that you carry
within. Are they restrictive
or do they allow for 'other'. Is there
acceptance there? And is love a
foundation which can stretch beyond the unknown?
Practice where you
are. Be aware where you are and when the time is
right, perhaps you,
too, will be able to take the adventure into
other dimensions.
