This is a picture of my father. Unfortunately he is no longer alive. He passed on when I was only 9, and the man meant the world to me. I decided to create this page for him. Although he is no longer alive, I like to think that what ever I do, he is there with me, watching over me and keeping me safe. He was my hero, my protector, and my best friend.
What my father passed away from
was a massive heart attack. Funny thing is, is that most heart attacks
can be prevented through diet maintenance, exercise, and preventative care.
Don't let this happen to you or a loved one. Check out the American Heart
Association to see if your at risk, and to see what you can to to prevent
this happening to you!!!
