Pyramids - our guide
Moses was our guide. He spoke good English and knew a bit about the Pyramids, but not so much, and we went more for a ride in the desert than round the Pyramids, although it was such a lovely morning that in a way we didn't mind.
Moses said his main job was as a diving instructor at Sharm el Sheikh, a resort on the Red Sea where he lived mostly with his wife and daughter. He was just helping out on this particular day. When we were right out in the middle of the desert he told Mum how much it was all going to cost. She was on top of the camel and a bit unstable so she didn't feel like arguing. And she said it was her fault for not understanding the exchange rate. Fortunately, we had a guide book so we read up about the Pyramids later.
