Char's Cajun Chicken and Shells

Things you will need:

Coat chicken with garlic butter and sprinkle with Tony's Cajun seasoning on both sides...or use regular butter or margarine and sprinkle with garlic powder to substitute for the garlic butter. Bake @ 350 for approximately one hour in large rectangle baking dish.

Meanwhile, saute veggies till tender, add Hunt's sauce and sugar. Simmer about 20 minutes or so. Boil shells, also.

When chicken is done, sprinkle a little cheese over them, then spread shells on top. Sprinkle more cheese over shells. Then pour sauce over shells and allow it to sink in to bottom. Sprinkle with more cheese and bake an additional 20 minutes or so till bubbly. Enjoy! This was a huge hit with my family :-)
