CHAR'S STEWED POTATOES

Things you will need:

• 5 medium-large potatoes, washed, peeled, and cubed
• 1 large onion, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste

Place ingredients into a sauce pan, cover with water, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer till potatoes are extremely tender, and there is a somewhat thick potato gravy. This is really a great side dish!  Quick and easy!
