Over the Coffee Cup Webring is created for webmasters whose
personal, (NOT COMMERCIAL), homepages
have a coffee page or some mention of coffee.

Many a plan has been made over a cup of coffee,
many feelings discussed, many deals closed.

GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION:

1. The site you submit must have some mention of coffee.

2. Your site must be Family Friendly. No adult site, no pornography in any form no nudity. Children should be able to surf these sites freely.

3. No hate or racial sites permitted!

4. NO COMMERCIAL SITES WILL BE PERMITTED TO JOIN.

5. You must have a reasonable knowledge of HTML . Do NOT ask the ringmaster to add your code or to send the code to you.

6. No sites 'under construction' will be considered.
We realize that sites are always 'under construction' and expect you to use this guideline with your best interpretation and within reason. Links to all your pages must be in working order.

SITES NOT MEETING THESE GUIDELINES WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT NOTICE.

Webrings are sites joined together by links...as in a bracelet. If a link is broken, the bracelet is broken. The same is true for a Webring. If a link is broken the whole webring suffers because of it.

Ring Management maintains a constant ring check for our webring to insure that the integrity of the ring is true.

1. Upon site submission please try to have the Over the Coffee Cup fragment added to your site as soon as possible.

2. Please add the ring fragment as it is designed.
No changes, including graphics.

3. The webring fragment may be put on a 'webrings' page. But there must be a link pointing to your index page or directory if you choose this option.

4. If you move your site it is imperative that you go to the EDIT link provided on this page and enter your new information.

5. A site is allowed to remain in the queue for seven days. After seven days the site will be removed.

6. Please upload the Over the Coffee Cup Webring graphic to your server. Although the graphic will load if it is not on the same server where your home page is located, I ask that you save the graphic to your file manager and change the IMG SRC code. Do Not ask the Ring Master to mail the graphic.
