![]() The Theology Students' Association (TSA) was founded on 6th November 1945 under the name of Royal University Students` Theology Association. The present name was adopted in 1978 after the Faculty of Theology ceased to form part of the University, because of the reforms then introduced. The Faculty of Theology again became part of the University of Malta in 1988. During this period in which the Theology students were not at the University, the TSA continually spoke out in favour of the return of the Faculty of Theology to the University, where it is today. Aims:
Publications Since March 1947, the TSA has published a twice-yearly review called Melita Theologica, containing articles on theology, philosophy and human sciences. Presently this review is published jointly with the Faculty of Theology. The TSA has also its house journal called Logos. Activities Each year the TSA organises, together with the Faculty of Theology an academic evening in honour of St. Thomas Aquinas. This activity provides the opportunity for the general public to meet internationally renowned theologians who share with us their reflection on the experience of faith in to-day's world. The TSA also organises a number of social, recreational and intellectual activities for its own members as well as for the other University students. Address: TSA, Faculty of Theology, University of Malta, Tal-Qroqq, Msida. MSD 04, Malta. 1995/1996 Committee President: Sue Midolo
