On Tuesday May the 25th he went to Amsterdam for a complete body test for the Dutch Junior Skating Team (Jong Oranje). He has also opened the newest Bar in Holten: Café Het Keuntje, because he is the most famous inhabitant of Holten. He also won the first prize at the Rabobank bicycling contest, this by cycling one kilometer in only 48 seconds!

On wednesday June 2 he went to the concert of the year: The Rolling Stones gave a gig in Groningen and Mark went there, together with 79.999 other peolple and amongst them some other famous skaters like Marianne Timmer, Auke Kranenborg and Frouke Oonk.
