Artistically detailed, smooth contours, & highly polished surfaces make Herb Latreille's sculptures valued collector's pieces. His diveristy is reflected in sculptures ranging from tabletop pieces to major commercial works of art. He works with quality marbles, jades, & granites from around the world. Herb produces his collector's pieces from his own studio, "Creative Expressions," in North Burnaby, British Columbia. Along with his busy stone sculpting schedule, Herb supervises & mentors students who are apprenticing in this advanced art application. These are students who have mastered soapstone sculpting and are pursuing greater challenges of sculpture in harder & more demanding stone.
