A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.

welcome you to CASA BLANCA (White House in Spanish), our small
piece of real estate on the World Wide Web that proves that we exist in cyberspace. Whitehouse is just 8 miles south of Tyler, nestled in the towering pines of East Texas. In the early years of the steam engines, most of the trains coming from the south would stop just before getting to Tyler to take on water and a fresh supply of wood. Since this required some time, many of the passengers would take the opportunity to get something to eat. The lady who lived next to the water tower (in the big whitewashed house)being both a very good cook and an businesswoman, would prepare meals. Thus departing passengers would tell the conductor, "We are going to get us a bite to eat at the WHITE HOUSE. Once the settlement grew, it became known as Whitehouse, Texas. (Probably more than you ever wanted to know.)
